Theory Communication and Design has taken a major step in growing its business and services by expanding to a west coast office. This incredibly exciting news comes on the heels of Neil Tjin, former Executive Editor of HCI Magazine, joining the Theory team and spearheading their new west coast office.
Tjin is no stranger to the automotive industry, as he has been involved in the automotive market for more than a decade. Over the years, Neil has experienced great success in many fields such as a Marketing Manager, PR Advisor, Car Designer and Executive Editor of HCI Magazine. Tjin has been able to take a hobby and turn it into a career. He has been responsible for designing and building more than fifty high profile vehicles, showcasing his creative talents on numerous Chevrolets, Pontiacs, Hondas, Acuras, Nissans, Infinitis, Scions, and Volvos. In recent years, Tjin has also teamed up with major OEM manufacturers such as Chevrolet, Pontiac, Scion and Honda North America. In an effort to better serve all of NOPI’s sponsors, racers, spectators and enthusiasts, NOPI has compiled a list of frequently asked questions regarding the unfortunate cancellation of the NOPI Colorado and NOPI Utah events. NOPI prides itself on presenting the best automotive racing and car show series available and is deeply committed to all of its sponsors, fans and racers.
When will the enthusiasts that have pre-registered for the car show be refunded?
Pre-registrants started to be refunded on 6/11/08. It takes up to 14 days to show on statements.
When will drag racers and drifters that have pre-registered be refunded?

It seems that Team NOS Member Kyle Busch can win on any track driving anything with wheels. In his first Sprint Cup road track race this year Klye went from last place to first place in an almost impossible short amount of time. It seemed like Klye was on a Sunday cruise in his NOS Energy Drink car while everyone else just wanted to watch him drive. We want to congratulate Kyle on his 11th win of the season and we know it won’t be long for the next one!
